Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: Days, variable hours between 6:00am-7:00pm

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Perform specimen processing and follow established clinical and forensic procedures
Verify patient demographic information and obtain signatures to ensure proper specimen labeling
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and building patient confidence
Travel daily to multiple sites and provide coverage based on business needs
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong phlebotomy skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Prior Patient Service Center experience preferred
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
Flexibility to work variable hours and travel to multiple locations with minimal notice
Keyboarding/data entry proficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
Ability to meet compliance requirements
