Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our warehouse. This role is integral to ensuring efficient workflow and inventory management while leading a team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of 12+ employees to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Oversee inventory management and maintain workflow processes.
Lead and coach team members to achieve productivity targets and operational goals.
Ensure packaging, production, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Manage warehouse operations with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of 12 or more employees.
Strong skills in inventory management and workflow optimization.
Leadership capabilities with experience in coaching and motivating teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in steel, recycling, or heavy-duty environments is beneficial.
Comfortable working in a dark, damp steel facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
