Job Summary
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Entry-Level Warehouse General Labor Associates. No prior warehouse experience is required—we provide on-the-job training! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Label, palletize, and wrap products for shipping
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if applicable)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills in English
