McCoys Hilltop Bar and Grill is a very laid back establishment located on Sugar Island near Sault Ste. Marie Michigan. Only access to the Island is via a ferry boat. We are the only bar on the island with a capacity of 128 and a 79 year history. We are open year round with our heaviest season being the summer and fall, tapering off in the winter and spring. The recently remodeled and updated Hilltop Bar is recruiting for top talent to help make this the go to place in the Soo. We are looking for a Bar manager with a passion for the service industry to help maintain our legacy and 79 year history. Requirements:
- Manage staff and cultivate a one-of-a-kind customer experience
- Train, schedule, direct, and supervise subordinates
- Product ordering and keeping inventory of beer, liquor and food.
- Previous bartending experience
- Will require the ability to run and / or assist in the kitchen
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Top customer service skills
