Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation group as Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, partnering directly with the CFO and Finance leadership to design and execute the programs that define the future of Finance at Deloitte. What You'll Do
As a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will:
Support workstreams within Finance-wide transformations and other strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations
Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and influence senior Deloitte Finance leadership
Develop, own, and modify detailed models to conduct analyses and perform other analytical tasks
Present team findings to senior Finance stakeholders and help implement recommendations
Begin building long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts across the firm
Identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and support realignment of the Finance organization to realize strategic opportunities

The Team
The Finance Transformation group is an internal consulting team that supports the Deloitte CFO and Finance leadership in executing strategic initiatives. Our team currently drives a large-scale Finance Transformation program focused on redesigning Finance operations and enabling a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem. We identify and implement digital finance solutions, optimize organizational structures, and serve as a trusted partner to Finance leadership. Joining this team means high-visibility work with senior stakeholders and a direct role in shaping Deloitte's Finance organization for the future.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with the ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
Prior experience at a big 4 or consulting firm
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
Strong executive presence and ability to work with and influence senior leaders
Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects
Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency across the workstream
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $171,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
