Perform economic support tasks essential to delivery of services and administration of programs, including but not limited to: explain requirements and benefits of public assistance programs to customers/public; conduct interviews to determine eligibility for assistance; refer customers to other agencies/services when appropriate, etc. Serve as call-center agent for Bay Lake Consortium.
40 Hours/Week. $23.92 - $29.02 per hour. Health, Dental and Life Insurance; Paid Time Off; WRS, etc. EOE. ADA. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply!
