Customer Service Representative (On-Site)
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and solving problems. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-handling questions, coordinating service needs, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and professional.

What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and care
Gather information and quickly assess customer needs to provide accurate solutions
Troubleshoot product and service issues in a timely and efficient manner
Schedule service appointments based on customer needs, product requirements, and technician availability
Provide quotes and coordinate ordering of necessary service parts
Research parts and product-related questions to support customer requests
Maintain accurate customer records by updating files after every interaction
Process credit requests for warranty-related parts
Resolve customer concerns and complaints, collaborating with teams such as Sales, Fulfillment, and Technical Support as needed
Manage varying call volumes (typically higher on Mondays and during peak seasons)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
