Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Lathe Machine Operator:
Set up and operate lathe machines safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure specifications are met
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Minimum 1 year of lathe machine operating experience (required)
Previous manufacturing or machining experience
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Background check and Drug test required
