Key Responsibilities:
Use hand and calibrated tools to shape, finish, and inspect metal parts to meet precise customer specifications.
Operate machinery such as grinders, belt sanders, band saws, and drill presses efficiently and safely.
Complete detailed documentation to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in metal finishing, grinding, or related manufacturing tasks.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to understand and apply written procedures, safety guidelines, and operational instructions.
Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Weekly pay starting at $17.00 per hour, with shift premiums increasing pay to up to $ 19.55/hr.
Multiple shifts available:
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+12% shift premium)
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+15% shift premium)

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.55 per hour
