The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Warren, MI.

Compensation & Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while following all dock safety procedures.
Receive inbound materials and prepare outbound shipments.
Load and unload trailers, repackage materials, band shipments, and prepare products for shipping.
Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, barcode labeling, and scanner transactions using ERP systems.
Receive and store raw materials while following FIFO inventory procedures.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and filing systems.
Ensure traceability documentation is accurately attached and maintained for all shipments.
Organize engineering and non-production materials within designated storage areas.
Complete daily forklift inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained and charged.
Monitor and respond to customer shipping portals as required.
Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality policies while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
Assist with additional warehouse and logistics duties as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
Previous forklift experience required; certification is a plus.
Basic computer skills and experience using shipping or ERP systems preferred.
Ability to operate a company vehicle, forklift, and electric pallet jack.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Dependable, safety-focused, and a strong team player.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
