Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant supports IMAGIO Glass Design's marketing, brand awareness, social media, website updates, events, customer engagement, and dealer/trade communication. This position reports directly to the President, and is focused on marketing support only.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, printed materials, events, showroom displays, and dealer communication.
- Assist with organizing and updating marketing materials, including flyers, product sheets, presentations, signage, brochures, photos, videos, and promotional items.
- Help prepare and organize content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, customer announcements, event invitations, and follow-up communication.
- Assist with website updates, including project photos, product information, event announcements, customer stories, gallery updates, and general content changes as directed.
- Proofread marketing and website content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, brand tone, and professional presentation.
- Help coordinate marketing needs for home shows, showroom events, dealer events networking events, networking events, open houses, and industry programs.
- Organize event materials, samples, displays, handouts, signage, attendee lists, leads, photos, and post-event follow-up partners.
- Support marketing-related communication and follow-up with customers, dealers, designers, builders, vendors, and trade partners.
- Track marketing projects, deadlines, content needs, website requests, campaign details, leads, and follow-up items.
- Assist with simple Canva graphics, social media layouts, event pieces, and other marketing materials for review and approval.
Website & Digital Presence
A key part of this position is helping keep IMAGIO's digital presence current and professional. This individual will assist with website related updates and coordinate requested changes with outside web, SEO, or marketing vendors when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
- Comfortable with social media, photos, videos, email marketing, website updates, and basic digital organization.
- Comfortable and willig to learn Canva, Constant Contact, CRM tools, website updates, or similar marketing platforms is helpful.
- Professional and friendly when communicating with customers, dealers, vendors, and team members.
- Willing to learn IMAGIO's products, brand message, customer process, and design possibilities.
