A minimum of 1 year experience and having an IICRC WRT certification is a MUST for this position. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a full time Fire and Water Restoration Technician immediately. Applicants must have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, provide great customer service, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a position with opportunity to grow as we continue to expand and pride ourselves on a supportive work environment.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, plus overtime, dependent on workload. However, we operate 24/7, and you will be expected to be on a roster - so not every day - for emergency call-outs outside of regular business hours. Bonuses are paid for work performed outside those hours. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driver's license and criminal record. Hourly wage range is $26 - $30 per hour, and is commensurate with experience.
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Perform mitigation and restoration services according to IICRC standards
- Arrive to projects on time
- Complete time sheets daily
- Comply with all verbal and written safety procedures
- Follow established company, federal and state safety rules and regulations
- Load and unload equipment and supplies at work site from the vehicle
- Demolition; tearing down building materials, pulling carpet, hauling trash, etc.
- Protect client property through careful handling
- Have valid driver's license
- Perform required job duties that may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties
