Job Description

B&E Coating Services is looking for as experienced Asphalt Working Foreman to join our team for the upcoming season.

We specialize in asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, patching, paving and paving maintenance, delivering top quality services around Michigan.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise and asphalt maintenance crew
Ensure projects are completed on time meeting company standards
Operate and maintain equipment such as sealcoating rigs, crack filling machines and line strippers
Train and assist all crew members in asphalt maintenance techniques
Communicate effectively to team members and customers
Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Additional Requirements

Requirement's:

Prior experience in asphalt maintenance or related field

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical labor

Valid Driver License (CDL preferred but not required)

Willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
