Plummers Disposal is a locally owned family business that has been serving our community for decades. We are looking for a solid, reliable Route Driver who is willing to work hard and grow with us. As a Route Driver, you will enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working out on the road while experiencing the satisfaction of taking care of your customers on a dedicated service route.
Day in the life
- Pick up, deliver and service various pieces of rental equipment
- Restock supplies as necessary
- Clean and sanitize portable restrooms located at various locations throughout West Michigan
- Drive newer well equipped trucks to and from various locations along your route
- Leave the customer happier than before you interacted with them

- Year-round work
- Home every night
- Paid weekly
- Rotating weekends on call (roughly every 5 - 7 weeks)
- $40 gas card for each weekend you are on call (regardless of whether you work or not)
- Quarterly bonus program available
