Job Description
Lead project execution from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
Facilitate project kickoff meetings to align internal teams and customers on expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, action logs, and status updates using Microsoft Project
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent communication on project progress, risks, and changes
Coordinate across engineering, operations, procurement, and other functional teams to drive project milestones
Monitor project costs and resource utilization to ensure cost-effective execution
Travel to plant locations as needed to oversee project progress, support teams, and maintain customer relationships
Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Lead regular status meetings and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling tools)
Willingness and ability to travel to plant sites regularly Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement experience
Experience managing capital projects or working within a production/manufacturing setting
Familiarity with project cost tracking, budgeting, and resource planning
