What You'll Do

Human Resources

• Assist with onboarding 
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Support payroll and benefits
• Assist with recruiting and HR compliance
• Assist with billing and documentation
• Follow up on applicants
• Maintain Accurate Excel Sheets as needed

Finance & Accounting

Administrative & Operations

• Support leadership as requested
• Coordinate communication
• Maintain reports as needed
• Assist in supporting process improvements
• Assist with purchase orders as needed

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of HR, accounting, payroll, finance, purchasing, or office administration experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• ERP/HRIS experience is a plus
• Manufacturing experience preferred
