The Investment Operations Specialist will be responsible for all operational aspects of employee savings plan asset management.
Responsibilities:
Manage trust and custody activities with external, savings plan record keepers
Prepare performance reporting
Partner with Stellantis HR Retirement & Savings team
Present to the Pension Investment Committee for the US and Canadian savings plans
Ensure compliance with all internal governance
Prepare materials for external compliance including external financial statement reporting requirements related to employee savings plan assets
Serve as the point of contact for external/internal audit of plan reporting
Oversee compliance with regulatory authorities and applicable regulations
May support investment operations of the US and Canadian pension plans depending on overall needs of the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of finance/treasury/accounting experience
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and ability to independently manage multiple projects
Willingness to utilize AI and other Microsoft tools to drive process improvements and gain efficiency
Personal interest and passion for staying in-the-know with 401k/savings plan market developments
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
CPA/CA designation
General understanding of capital markets, pension trusts, and relevant accounting standards
Candidate's openness to rotate through other positions within the broader Treasury department
