Automotive Production Supervisor
Location: Brook Park, OH
Shift times: 2pm – 10pm, onsite
Long term assignment
Employment: W2 candidates, USC or GC holders.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
SUMMARY:
- The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
- This role leads production team members while also directing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff to meet production targets.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and equipment performance to optimize efficiency.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and minimize production downtime.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
Skills Required:
- Analytical, Continuous Improvement Process, Assembly Lines, Manufacturing Processes, Inventory
Skills Preferred:
- Computer Numerical Control (CNC)
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience working with maintenance teams or equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively with a unionized workforce of up to 30 employees
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and safety standards
Education Required:
- High School Diploma / GED
