Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a 1st & 2nd shift Warehouse Associates, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Repack and General Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Belleville, MI
Pay Range: $20.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday
1st : 7 AM-3:30 PM
2nd : 3:30 PM-12 AM
All employees will report to 1st shift for training during their first wee k
What's the Job?
Perform repack and labeling activities, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
Use RF scanners for repack projects, inventory tracking, and product verification
Assist in shipping and receiving functions, including preparing outbound shipments
Support unloading inbound shipments and properly stage, stack, or sort merchandise
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What's Needed?
Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
