Teaching the formation and practice of virtue necessary to live the complete life. Teach core
principles relating to virtues such as honesty, justice, fairness, care, empathy, integrity,
courage, respect and responsibility as vademecum guiding human conduct and interpersonal
relations. Lead a seminar series on the Philosophy of Classical Virtues. Monitor students'
performance, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary. Prepare
instructional program objectives, outlines, and lesson plans. Prepare and administer tests, and
issue grades.
