This is not a traditional Assistant General Manager role. Our General Managers oversee large-scale operations that may include multiple service locations, complex logistics, significant P&L responsibility, and teams of 100+ employees.
The General Manager Trainee role is designed to prepare high-potential leaders for future General Manager and operational leadership opportunities across our national network.

Responsibilities
Learn all aspects of propane operations, logistics, safety, customer service, and business management
Partner with experienced leaders to drive operational performance and team success
Develop leadership skills through hands-on training, coaching, and real-world business experience
Support sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention initiatives
Gain exposure to budgeting, KPIs, workforce leadership, and P&L management
Prepare for future General Manager opportunities within the company
Qualifications
Willingness to relocate after approximately 12 months in the development program is required
3+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Growth-minded, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly
Operational, logistics, transportation, service, or related leadership experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel within region as needed
Willingness to relocate after approximately 12 months in the development program is required
