Looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position in Troy with QuickBooks experience. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office in a positive, customer focused manner by answering incoming phone calls, supporting office and other departments with various administrative tasks. Task will include invoicing, data entry, updating pricing sheets and completing forms. Must have intermediate QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The position is a Monday through Friday, working on site.; 7am - 3:30pm.
Pay rate for the Administrative Assistant will be $20.00 per hour.
This is a Temporary to Direct Hire position.
