As a Controls Engineer, you will design, program, and validate PLC code using the Beckhoff TwinCAT platform to support manufacturing automation requirements. You will also develop and deploy codes for motion systems, robotic integration, and safety logic. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults for identified control systems, and performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities to ensure production readiness and operational stability. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Design, program, and validate PLC code using Beckhoff TwinCAT platform.
Develop and deploy codes for motion systems, robotic integration, and safety logic.
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults for control systems.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing corrective actions.
Essential Skills
PLC programming expertise.
Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC controls.
Strong understanding of automation and programming.
Proficiency in GCCS.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in developing motion systems and robotic integration.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Familiarity with safety logic development.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $44.00/hr.
