Country Corners Pizza is seeking a dependable and hardworking Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items, maintain food safety standards, and help deliver an excellent dining experience for our customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, portion meats, and prepare complex sauces before service starts.
• Oven Operation: Launch, rotate, and pull pizzas from high-temperature commercial ovens.
• Flat-Top Cooking: Prepare hot subs (like cheese steaks), burgers, and grilled items on the flat-top grill according to recipe specs. Fryer Station Management: Fry appetizers (like fries, wings, and mozzarella sticks), monitoring cook times and keeping items crisp.
• Station Prep: Stock the line with fresh cheeses, sliced meats, sauces, chopped vegetables, and prepped fryer foods.
• Recipe Execution: Cook menu items using designated methods like grilling, frying, baking, or sautéing.
• Quality Control: Follow portion sizes and presentation specifications to deliver consistent, visually appealing plates.
• Sanitation Compliance: Clean and sanitize work areas, cooking equipment, and utensils continuously.
