Job Details

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Review customer requests and create accurate repair quotations.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and inspection departments to obtain scope of work and pricing information.
• Prepare and distribute quotations to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer approvals.
• Track customer orders and update job status throughout the repair process.
• Communicate estimated completion dates and schedule changes to customers.
• Create and release work orders upon receipt of customers approval.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, work orders, and customer correspondence.
• Monitor repair turnaround times and assist with production scheduling priorities.
• Generate reports related to quoting activity, workload, and job status.
• Work closely with sales, operations, quality, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times and repair status.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures and customer requirements.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Read, write and understand the English language.
• Proficient with standard Microsoft computer programs, data entry and spreadsheets.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted occasionally and lesser weight frequently.
• Stand for extended periods of times, stoop, bend at the waist, climb stairs/ladders.
