Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch, 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM)

What You'll Do
Perform venipunctures and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient identification and obtain signatures to ensure proper specimen handling
Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with established procedures
Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
Adapt to various work settings, including patient service centers and physician offices as needed
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing schedules as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
Ability to meet compliance requirements
