Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM)

You play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results by ensuring high-quality specimen collection and exceptional patient experiences. Your work directly supports healthcare providers in making informed decisions that impact patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
Perform venipunctures and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient identification and obtain required signatures to ensure proper specimen handling
Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with established procedures
Provide excellent customer service while creating a calm, safe, and professional environment
Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
Adapt to different patient care settings such as patient service centers and physician offices
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing schedules as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to meet compliance requirements
