ThisrolewillberesponsiblefortheleadershipandoversiteofaprogramsModelBasedSystemEngineer(MBSE)developmentactivitiesandmanagement.
ResponsibilitiestoAnticipate/Expect:

ProvidestechnicaldirectiontoMBSESystemsandSoftwareEngineersfortheexecutionofengineeringprojectswithinaSysMLmodelusingCameoEnterpriseArchitecturetool.
Coordinatewithprogramofficepersonnelinthedevelopmentofproposals,scopesofwork,programplans,statementsofwork,workbreakdownstructureswithrespecttotheroleofMBSEontheprogramtohelpdefinetheprogram.
Define"how"EngineeringwillexecuteallaspectsoftheSystemEngineeringusingMBSEtoincludedevelopmentandreviewofrequirements,requirementsflowdown,systemarchitecture,opportunityandriskmanagement,tradestudies,technicalperformancemeasures,testing,interfacecontrol,costcontrol,weightmanagement,technicalprogramreviewpreparation,systemintegration,verification,andvalidation.

BuildandmaintainMBSE-basedmetricsfortheprogramsTPMs,Trades,Risks,andDesignDecisionMemorandums(DDMs).
ProvideprogrammetricsonthematurationoftheprogramMBSEenvironmentincompliancetothecontract,program'srequirementsandGCIAimplementation.
DefineandStagetheMBSEforconsumptionofprogramCDRLsintotheSysMLmodelasrequiredbythecontractwiththegoalofdigitizingtheengineeringenvironment.
SupporttheDigitalEngineering(DE)initiativeofdigitallyconnectingtoolssuchasTeamcenter,Cameo,MADe,CapitalHarness,SLICWave,etc.forthepurposeofprovidingaseamlessintegratedenvironmentthatsupportsasingleSourceofTruthinitiativeforallengineeringproducts.

MinimumQualifications/Whatyoumusthave:
Bachelor'sDegreeinanEngineeringDiscipline.Similartechnicaldegreesmaybeconsideredifexperiencealignswiththisjobfunction.
MBSEexperiencerequired.
Minimumof7yearsofrelatedengineeringexperience.
StrongVehicleSystemengineeringexperiencerequired.
