Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, integrate, and test complex electro-mechanical, vacuum, and precision mechanical and optical assemblies.
Identify, document, and escalate build issues, deviations, or nonconformances.
Troubleshoot and repair returned components.
Collaborate with instrumentation and engineering teams to improve build processes and manufacturability.
Support prototype, pilot, and low-volume production builds.
Maintain accurate build records, test results, and documentation in accordance with quality systems.
Maintain clean lab work stations in accordance with 5S
Follow safety procedures and cleanroom protocols where applicable.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Manager.

Familiarity with micrometers, calipers and other measurement equipment

Required Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Hands-on experience with precision tools, fixtures, and measurement equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or technical certification in engineering technology, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience assembling analytical, semiconductor, optical, or vacuum-based equipment.
Familiarity with cleanroom practices and contamination control.
Experience supporting prototype or R&D manufacturing environments.
Exposure to ISO-based quality systems.
