Manager, Program Management North America
Description
This position will lead the program management activity for our Delphi Connections Systems Business Unit in North America. This leader will be a part of the NA staff.
Ensure that all programs have a flawless launch from customer perspective and internal target metrics are met.
Utilize Siemens PLM system to monitor all programs for potential issues and risks.
Manage the program management team including filling all positions with qualified candidates, developing training programs and succession and rotation plans.
Manage standard timing templates and track adherence.
Perform regular reviews of all programs to ensure compliance to operating system.
Formal presentation of all programs with issues to executive management.
Coordination of reporting metrics.
Responsible for all program and project management activities from business pursuit through production. Provide support to mitigate or escalate as appropriate all risks that could affect customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Supply Chain, Sales, Product Line Management, Engineering, etc.)
Automotive connector experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of finance and cash flow development
Knowledge of program management strategies and tactics
Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business. Preferred Masters degree in engineering or business. Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
