Summary This position performs a variety of complex research reporting and financial functions for the Center for Clinical Management Research (CCMR), Health Services Research and Development (HSR&D) service at VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS). CCMR is a Center of Innovation (COIN), which is one of twenty COINs supported by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development (ORD). Each Center serves as a VA-wide resource on research issues in particular focus areas. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to: From large volume of data collected from investigators and staff, determines which data are relevant for reporting purposes. Collects and analyzes data and develops a wide variety of computer-generated databases using multiple software programs. Develops procedures and systems for establishing and verifying data for reports. Monitors project teams for regulatory and reporting requirements. Updates and maintains project information for funded VA projects. Assists with producing reports for leadership and supporting Annual Report preparations. Support pre and post award activities as needed. Assist with tracking completion of reporting requirements for funded projects. Qualifications To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 06/26/2026. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
