What You'll Be Doing
Leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish
Installing furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, and thermostats
Replacing old systems and completing retrofit installations
Ensuring equipment is installed properly, safely, and up to code
Testing and commissioning systems before leaving the job
Training and mentoring installation helpers
Maintaining clean, professional jobsites
Delivering a great experience for homeowners
What We're Looking For
4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Experience as a Lead Installer
Strong knowledge of furnaces, AC systems, air handlers, and thermostats
Ability to work independently and lead a crew
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bonus Points If You Have
EPA Universal Certification
Heat pump experience
Duct modification experience
ServiceTitan experience
Experience training apprentices and junior installers
