Interpret and work from blueprints and specifications to ensure products meet design, dimensional, and structural requirements.
Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components, including overhead and vertical welds.
Set up welding equipment and fixtures independently to weld parts to print, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up.
Inspect completed work using micrometers, vernier calipers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions against prints and ISO procedures.
Check own work for accuracy, structural integrity, and conformance to quality standards before releasing products to the next stage.
Use basic shop machinery such as cut-off saws, drill presses, and press brakes as needed to support fabrication activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address fabrication issues, improve processes, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Work Environment
The role is based in a 10-year-old machine shop facility that is in immaculate condition and maintained as a clean, organized environment by industry standards.
