Fast growing company in New Hudson MI is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to perform efficiently in a warehouse and dispatch environment, handling incoming and outgoing deliveries.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive deliveries and verify contents against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the company stockroom by systematically organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis.
- Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to optimize storage space for incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of goods shipped and received for inventory tracking.
- Ensure compliance with environmental management policies and systems.
- Facilitate the proper storage of merchandise by packing and positioning items in designated warehouse or storage facilities, utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods as required.
- Oversee general office and warehouse maintenance to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- All other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENT:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products required, Excel and Outlook.
· High School diploma or Equivalent.
· Previous Warehouse Experience (Preferred)
· Forklift Certification (Preferred) & familiarity with Warehouse Equipment.

Job Type: Full-time 40 Hour week
(Mon – Thurs, 7am – 4pm, Fri 7am – 1pm)
(Flexible to work overtime as needed for operational requirements)
