| Summary of Position: | The Administrator oversees the daily operations of the Network. This role involves managing grant staff and functions. The incumbent will collaborate with the Evaluator to develop outcome measurement tools that accurately assess the effectiveness of Network strategies and activities. The individual will work closely with the PD to manage the budget and ensure compliance with grant requirements and University policies. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue goals of independent living and paid employment. This position oversees academic programming, student advising, interdepartmental collaboration, and staff supervision to ensure a high-quality, inclusive educational experience. The Administrator will spend 5% of his/her time participating in activities such as regular meetings or conference calls sponsored by the TPSID Coordination Center and will ensure that the allocated time is available to project personnel to support conference planning. This is a multi-year grant commencing January 1st, 2026, and concluding January 31, 2031. This is a two-year temporary position. The position is renewable for the term of the grant.
The anticipated start date of this position is July 2026. However, this is an estimated date and can be revised if needed. | |

Knowledge of or willingness to become knowledgeable in current program practices for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism in client-centered community living supported day programming and post-secondary educational settings.
Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Ability to take and complete Community Mental Health training courses. | |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: | o Assist Ready For Life Academy students in taking strides toward reaching their goals of independent living and paid employment. o Oversee all aspects of academic programming, including but not limited to: o Overseeing that PATH planning or an equivalent person-centered process. o Implement a defined Scope and Sequence curriculum in the identified domains. o Effectively advise students on course enrollments. o Create students' schedules each semester with program instructors. o Monitor or delegate students’ university class progress and make appropriate accommodations and/or modifications for university class work. o Monitor and ensure implementation of grant reporting requirements. o Communicate with University staff as needed. o Lead planning and hosting two visit days a year. o Effectively communicate with RFL staff, students, and guardians regularly as necessary. o Cultivate an environment of belonging that values, respects, supports, and celebrates individual similarities and differences, allowing students, faculty and staff to thrive authentically. o Support, promote, and develop university student enrollment and retention initiatives. o Any other duties assigned within the position classification area. | |
