Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee daily job site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of construction experience and possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. This role is responsible for coordinating field activities, monitoring project progress, and maintaining compliance with all safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality expectations.
- Conduct daily site inspections and monitor workmanship to ensure a high-quality finished product.
- Supervise subcontractors and construction personnel on-site.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with all job site safety regulations.
- Identify and communicate project risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
- Track subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Maintain organized job site documentation and reports.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, materials, and resources to support project success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of experience in construction, restoration, renovation, or related field operations.

- Reports and technical documents
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
