- Minimum 2–3 years of roofing experience preferred
- Knowledge of various roofing systems and installation methods
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred
