BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide one-on-one support for families. Caregiver Responsibilities: * Personalized Housekeeping: Perform cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, of the client's private bedroom, bathroom, and living area. * Companionship & Comfort: Provide friendly interaction, assist with light meal setup/dishes, and help the resident stay organized. * Family Liaison: Keep the resident's family updated on the cleanliness, comfort, and supply levels of the living space. * Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed * Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping * Offer companionship and emotional support * Follow care plans and report any changes in condition Caregiver Requirements: * MUST HAVE - 2 years of professional caregiver experience * CPR certification (required) * TB test negative (required) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
