Production Operators
Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Operators for the Grand Rapids, MI area. Production Operators perform essential tasks with one of our premier clients, with pay rates starting at $17.00-$18.19 per hour , plus available overtime.
In this role, you will take measurements and follow instructions to assemble parts according to client specifications in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
Place parts in specified relationships to each other
Bolt, clip, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together
Operate and tend machines such as presses, welders, riveting machines, robotic welders, and more
Perform force fitting or fastening operations on an assembly line
Work at various stations as production needs require
Inspect parts for quality, then pack and label boxes
Carry and stock parts as needed
Follow TS16949 quality standards and company policies
Work on production lines with varying tasks depending on the product

Work Environment
Facility is not climate controlled , but fans are available at each workstation
C ross-training , meaning job duties may vary week to week
Example: One week may include assembly/packing
Another week may include operating a robotic welding machine (no actual welding required-just removing finished parts)

Jeans, work pants, sweatpants (joggers)
T-shirts or long-sleeve shirts
Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes (required)
Not Allowed:
Shorts, capris, skirts, dresses
Tank tops or muscle shirts
Loose clothing or dangling jewelry

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.19 per hour
