Experienced Candidates: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (based on skill level)
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Machine Operators to support a growing manufacturing operation specializing in tube bending, forming services, and tooling/fixture design. Due to increased production demand, multiple openings are available across both shifts.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for reliable and motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to run parts according to specifications
Monitor machines for proper function and quality output
Perform routine checks to ensure product quality standards are met
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Work across different departments as part of cross-training initiatives
Note: Machine setup is handled separately; operators will focus on running production.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude required
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred
Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Schedule & Overtime:
Standard shifts are 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Saturday overtime is common (5-8 hours) based on production needs
Overtime needs are typically communicated by mid-week
Requirements:
Steel-toed boots required (all other PPE provided)
Must be able to pass:
Drug screening (oral)
Criminal background check
Social Security verification
Additional Information:
Employees are cross-trained across departments
1st shift focuses on specific production functions, while 2nd shift supports a wider range of operations
No forklift operation required in this role

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
