Hiawatha Log Homes is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable about the product preferred (not required).
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of clients and build lasting relationships.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Customer service skill to listen and answer questions about the products.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Wages negotiable based on experience.
- Employment conditional of completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
