Patient Services Representative/Sterilization Specialist
As a valued member of our team, our Patient Services Representative/Sterilization Specialist plays an integral role in creating lasting impressions thta promote a positive patient experience. The PSR role is essential in building a patient centric culture that fosters loyalty and trust with the communities we serve.
You will Greet patients and visitors professionally in-person and over the telephone, coordinate scheduling and confirmation of appointments. You will also assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing patient referrals and ensure chart accuracy. Verify patient insurance, eligibility and collect payments as required. You will also be required to ensure compliance with all MCDC policies.
Sterilization Specialist Duties
You will be trained hands-on by the dental team and infection control and Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. (Required)
