Qualifications
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Own a reliable pickup truck
- Prior experience in grounds and property maintenance required; experience leading or overseeing work strongly preferred
- Confident operating standard lawn and landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, wood chippers, etc.)
- Skilled in general outdoor project work (fencing, deck work, painting, power washing, etc.)
- Comfortable with sprinkler/irrigation system maintenance and basic repairs
- Able to handle and maintain hand and power tools, with intermediate or better equipment-repair ability
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Comfortable working both outdoors in all seasons and on indoor maintenance projects in the winter
- Comfortable working outdoors in light rain and cool or cold weather
