Job Summary
Serves as primary point of contact for small volume customers and writes quotes for requested projects. Works independently to follow-up with clients about quotes issued and maintain status in DCRM. Works closely with Project Manager and lab to ensure quotes accurately reflect client needs and are priced to be profitable and competitive.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Processes both Domestic and Non-Domestic Orders using the current ERP System and Export System Softwares.
Processes both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous orders.
Maintains GPC's quality goals and objects related to Customer Service.
Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints.
Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Maintain Customer files.
Schedule Freight for orders.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
