As a Unit Manager Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in leading our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

Develop and implement unit policies, procedures, and standards of practice to ensure excellence in patient care

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that promote holistic and individualized care

Foster a culture of safety, respect, and open communication among staff members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address gaps in patient care

Demonstrate a passion for quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development
