Our client, a global leader in industrial and consumer chemicals , is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist - SDS & Chemical Compliance (TSCA/DSL, SAP) to join their team. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs / Product Safety Department supporting Product Stewardship and Compliance teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Prepare and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels in compliance with regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for industrial chemical products
Conduct safety and regulatory assessments for chemical materials and formulations
Support product lifecycle compliance, including transportation, handling, and disposal considerations
Monitor and interpret regulatory and toxicological updates impacting product compliance
What's Needed?
Experience with SDS authoring and regulatory labeling
Knowledge of TSCA, DSL, or similar chemical regulatory frameworks
Experience working with industrial chemicals or chemical formulations
Familiarity with SAP or similar data/documentation systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory requirements
