We are seeking energetic, driven Sales Setters to join our team and help grow our presence in the renewable energy industry. In this role, you will make over 120 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify potential customers, with the primary goal of setting appointments for our Home Energy Consultants, who will close the sale.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 120+ outbound calls per day to homeowners to introduce our home energy solutions
- Engage potential customers, qualify their interest, and assess their energy needs
- Schedule appointments for Home Energy Consultants to conduct in-depth consultations
- Maintain and update lead and appointment records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Stay up to date on our energy solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls each day
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required)
