Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout a 8-10+ hour shift.
Transportation
- Reliable transportation to and from our Wyoming, MI shop.
Attendance
- Ability to report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak season or due to rain delays.
Weather Conditions
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, and snow.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Experience
- Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, compact tractors, or similar equipment preferred.
- Experience reading landscape plans and measurements preferred.
