What You'll Do
As a Loan Officer in training, you'll gain real-world experience while building a strong foundation in sales, finance, and client relationship management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Train directly under top-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on coaching
Handle inbound and outbound calls from warm leads
Guide clients through loan options and the application process
Use CRM and loan origination systems to track and manage clients
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
Participate in team meetings, contests, and performance incentives
Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment
What We're Looking For
Ideal Candidate:
No prior mortgage experience required - full training provided
Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of sales, customer service, or commission-based experience
Outgoing, competitive, and confident working with people
Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
Highly motivated by income potential, growth, and performance
