The Talent Development team is seeking an experienced Learning Architect. This role may or may not lead teams directly but will be the final word in the curriculum design for their programs. The ideal candidate will be able to apply advanced adult learning theories into a practical application-based training strategy across multiple programs and curricula. Collaborating closely with the other Learning Care team members in the network, driving results and innovation, and successfully executing both tactical and strategic initiatives.
In this role you will need to create a blended learning strategy and evolve it to the next level through leading your projects and performance consulting with business partners to solve operational challenges through learning interventions. The current strategy blends the best elements of e-learning, instructor lead training, small group activities, peer learning and mentoring to train call center staff. This candidate will focus on delivering curricula through the above-mentioned blend to Learning Care team members. The training programs you manage/design/build/implement in this role will directly impact the success of Learning Care and our internal clients and external customers. The goal of all programs you will work on will be to deliver the highest possible customer satisfaction results and best operational KPI's. Balancing the results of both will be critical to building the right programs.
The successful candidate will have experience in conducting training related analytics/design and development/implementation with overall program evaluation to incorporate the full ADDIE lifecycle for programs. This role will also require exceptional leadership skills where you may or may not directly manage the resources helping you build your programs. The right candidate will have the ability to influence and drive results in a highly collaborative environment while consulting with key business leaders on their long-term business wants. The candidate will have the ability to communicate up and out to teams who are not learning centric, doing so crisply and clearly through email, white papers, and other mechanisms. As leader in the training space this role will need to evolve the programs it owns and achieve true results tied to key business metrics.
As a final consideration the ideal candidate will be able to articulate their vision on how training can help deliver learning objects that will help our Learning Care team members in key measures of engagement and retention.
